Kyron is an active property investor and developer with more than $30 million of projects under way. His start was anything but glamorous: kitchen hand, then the oil rigs, then an expensive early property mistake that convinced him to pay a multimillionaire to teach him how to do it properly. He left his job at 28 and has invested full time ever since. What he teaches comes from the deals he is doing right now, not from a textbook.
Therese Grønnæss
Therese is one of the Wealth Mentors, working with our members week in, week out from her base in Queenstown. An active investor herself, she brings the regional view: finding and running deals outside the main centres, and building a power team you can trust from a distance. Do I need any property experience?
No. The weekend is built for everyone from complete beginners through to experienced investors who want a sharper system. Real examples make everything accessible wherever you're starting from.
What if I don't have enough money to invest?
Day 1 is built around exactly this: how to work out your real buying power, and the creative finance strategies the banks don't tell you about. Many of our students started with less than they thought they needed.
What if I already own property? Will this still help me?
Yes. If you have equity sitting there doing nothing, you'll learn how to make every property fund the next one, and how to run the numbers on your next move with confidence.
Are you going to try and sell me a property?
No. Wealth Mentor doesn't sell properties and has never taken developer commissions or success fees. We teach you how to find, fund and secure your own deals.
Can I bring my partner?
Yes, and we encourage it. If you live in the same household, one ticket is fine to watch together on the one screen. If your partner is joining from somewhere else, just grab them their own ticket.
How many people will be there?
Not many, on purpose. We cap the group so it runs like the in-person workshop: cameras on, questions as they come up, and your own numbers worked through live. Once the seats are gone, they're gone.
Will it be recorded?
The masterclass runs live only, there are no recordings. Lock both days into your calendar and be there, live is where your questions get answered.
What if I can't make one of the days?
The two days build on each other, so plan to attend both live. If you know you'll miss a session, get in touch before the event and we'll see how we can help.

What happens after the weekend?

What's the refund and transfer policy?
Attend all of Day 1, and if you don't think it was worth every cent, email us that evening and we'll refund your ticket in full. Outside of that guarantee, tickets are non-refundable and dates are fixed. If you can't attend and tell us in writing at least 14 days before the event, we can transfer your ticket to another person or to the next Profit From Property date.
